1. Eligibility

Participation in any SgCardCraze breaks is strictly limited to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By purchasing a spot in any break, the customer confirms they are at least 18 years old.

2. No Guarantee of Hits

Purchasing a spot in a break does not guarantee that the buyer will receive specific cards, high-value cards, or any ‘hits’. All break results are final and based on the outcome of the sealed product.

3. Assumption of Risk

All participants are deemed to have exercised their own independent judgment in making a purchase. SgCardCraze shall not be held responsible for buyer’s remorse or dissatisfaction with the break results.

4. Payment and Confirmation

Spots are only confirmed once full payment has been received. SgCardCraze reserves the right to cancel unpaid or partially paid spots at its discretion.

5. Break Format and Team Allocation

Break formats (e.g., team, random, division) and rules will be clearly stated prior to each break. Randomizations, if applicable, will be conducted live and recorded for transparency.

6. Shipping

Cards from the break will be shipped to the customer’s provided address. SgCardCraze is not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged mail once tracking is issued. Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping details are accurate.

7. Recording and Media Usage

Breaks are conducted live and may be recorded for promotional, customer service, or archival purposes. By participating, you consent to the use of your username and break results in such recordings.

8. Refunds and Cancellations

All sales are final. No refunds, cancellations, or exchanges are permitted once a spot has been purchased, unless the break is cancelled by SgCardCraze.

9. Liability

SgCardCraze shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising from participation in breaks. Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the break spot.

10. Agreement

By purchasing a break spot, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full.
