1. Our Payout System

2. SgCardCraze eBay Consignment Services Terms and Conditions
By engaging SgCardCraze (“The Company”) to provide eBay consignment services, you (“The Consignor”) agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Scope of Service
The Company will list, manage, and sell trading cards on eBay on behalf of the Consignor. Services include photography, listing, shipping, customer communication, and payment handling.
2. Payout Terms
Consignors will receive payment based on the applicable payout percentage from the final sale price, net of eBay fees, taxes, and shipping costs. Payouts will be made within 10 business days after payment is received from the buyer and any return window has lapsed.
3. Submission Requirements
All cards submitted must be authentic and legally owned by the Consignor. The Company reserves the right to reject any item at its sole discretion.
4. Risk and Liability
The Company is not liable for loss or damage due to unforeseen circumstances including, but not limited to, shipping carrier issues, platform disruptions, or force majeure events.
5. Unsold or Returned Items
Items that remain unsold after 60 days may be returned at the Consignor's expense or re-listed at a revised price. Items requested for return must be reclaimed within 30 days of notification.
6. Amendments
These terms are subject to change at the discretion of The Company. Any updates will be communicated via email or posted on our official website.
