Grading Services Terms and Conditions
1. Services Rendered
This invoice covers services provided by SgCardCraze relating to the submission, handling, and return of collectible cards for third-party grading through PSA (Professional Sports Authenticator), TAG Grading, and BGS (Beckett Grading Services).
2. Payment Terms
Full payment is due within 7 days from the date of invoice unless otherwise stated. A late payment penalty of 10% of the total invoice amount will be imposed if payment is not received after the due date.
3. No Guarantee of Grade or Turnaround
SgCardCraze does not guarantee any specific grade outcome or turnaround time. Grading results are solely determined by the respective grading company and are beyond our control.
4. Handling and Care
All submitted cards are handled with professional care. However, SgCardCraze shall not be liable for pre-existing damage, surface defects, or issues arising from the manufacturer or third-party graders.
5. Shipping and Insurance
Return shipping from SgCardCraze to the customer is tracked and insured up to the declared value of each service tier. Additional insurance is available upon request at the customer’s cost. Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery to the courier.
6. Non-Payment & Abandoned Orders
Invoices unpaid after 30 days from the date of invoice will be considered as non-payment and the order will be deemed abandoned. SgCardCraze reserves the right to dispose of, auction, or retain items to recover outstanding fees.
7. Errors and Corrections
If grading company errors occur (e.g., mislabels, typos), SgCardCraze will assist with submission for reholder or correction. Associated costs (if not waived by the grading company) will be borne by SgCardCraze.
8. Liability Limitation
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SgCardCraze’s liability is limited to the total amount paid by the customer for the service. We are not liable for consequential, incidental, or indirect damages.
9. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first seek resolution through mediation. If unresolved, disputes shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Singapore, and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
10. Acknowledgement and Agreement
By making payment on this invoice or submitting items for grading, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
